Who we are

HexaPi Club is an educational robotics and AI club for kids and teens. This page describes how we handle personal data across our website, systems, and communication channels.

Data we collect

When you contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram (through the Meta Business Platform), we receive and store: the content of messages you send us, your profile name, and your account ID or phone number. Our systems also store enrolled students' data (name, contact details, attendance, subscriptions) provided by their guardians at registration.

How we use it

Messages are used solely to respond to your inquiries and support our students (customer service). We do not sell data, share it with third parties, or use it for advertising. Access is restricted to authorized club staff and is audit-logged.

Storage & security

Data is stored on our own servers and is not transferred elsewhere. Safeguards include encryption in transit (HTTPS), user authentication, and role-based access control.

Data deletion

You may request access to or deletion of your data (including your message history) at any time by emailing [email protected]. Requests are processed within 30 days.
